It looks like it's going to work. But what about that other woman? The receipts for expensive jewellery and underwear? It's going to be a tough six weeks, but let's hope it works. His partners don't want to lose him, and neither do Marsha and the children. This is a great story, but I think I'm all caught up! I'll wait for the next part and see how it goes. Well done, my friend. :)) Sandra

Whoa! Tough situation to face the music ... but, as with any addiction, there is no other way... Another great chapter in this family drama, Lady Beth! ;) Thanx for sharing and I look forward to the next! ;) Yvette

You're presenting the story very well. I have hope in the continuation that Bill will stay for the treatment and work hard at his alcoholism and that he will discontinue his obvious straying ways.

Good one Beth. It is good to have a group of associates to stand by you whwhen in need. No doubt it did come as surprise but he knew he needed help. Hope it all works out for him.

Thank you, Chuck, I would hope he knew he needed help but I think he is telling they what he has to say in order to keep a well paying jobe. We'll see. I really appreciate the six stars.

I am one of those people that. I realise turning one's back on an affliction which ranks with any addiction one cares to name, it is a merciless idol that threatens to destroy one, and drag everyone you love into its voted, beautifully written Beth, great story, blessings Roy

Thank you, Roy. Going to get help means he needs to have realized he needs and be willing to do what he needs to do or the help want would unless he wants it badly enough. We'll see.

I've enjoy every chapter of this story and wished I'd had a six to give everyone. I'm sure this will hit home with plenty of readers, whether it be a memory of their own lives or someone they've known. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad this intervention went fairly easy. Now, I hope Trenton gets the help he needs and is receptive to it. I can't wait to read more. This is a very good story and it valuable.

I started reading this and realised how much I have missed during the last few months. I needed the time off from the site, but have a lot to catch up with. I just hope I can catch up with this well written story. Ulla xcx

You are a great storyteller. You have the gift of communication to go into detail without being tedious.
Your works are easy to read and keep your main idea throughout your stories. I didn't find any nits. Do you use a writing program?

Thank you so much for the review and comments. I just use Microsoft Word program, but I find that letting it read the story back to me I'm able to hear the errors and make corrections better than just reading it back. Thank you so much for the six stars.

I definitely think it seems that Marsha thinks something more is going on with Trenton. I am interested to see how things develop from here. I would suggest working a little bit more on showing and not telling. Although your story is engaging I think you could take it to the next level by really delving into Marsha's thoughts and what she is feeling. There's a great book called Understanding Show Don't Tell by Janice Hardy which I really recommend. Overall though, I enjoyed reading it.
