A beautiful poem with several examples to build your theme. We are to be dependent on our Lord Jesus and we are to let His power be ours for we are weak and without power. Well said.

Wow! I can tell you have written a lot of poetry, and am impressed that you have published 12 books of poetry. This poem was expertly written - flawless. I got the message clearly that if there is no power (or strings), the object cannot move or turn on. Then you compare it to God who takes control and you allow it. Excellent!

It is such a wonderful thing to know that we are in a handsome God and he is the one that gives us power to make it through day after day. He has given me a lot of strength in the last nine days since I had to go through the surgery and I'm so much better now and I'm home again and I'm able to walk more than I was because the heart is doing better.
