This is very well done and it moves along very well when it is read aloud your presentation is beautiful. I wish you a very pleasant day and may God bless you.

That's sweet. It's nice to remember the passions of summer even when we don't have the energy for such times in the autumn of our years. Well said in your Gogyohka poem!

I love the connection of these two lovers in your poem June, drawn together by a mutual need and treasuring the moments and as time passes we move into the Autumn years looking back at the summer, a beautiful poem, love Dolly x x x

June,
A lovely club entry.
I like the symbolism in your poem; a bit of sad reflection of better times?
I'm in my autumn years too, and I reflect not only what was, but what could've been in each path I had not taken.
Good luck with this, and all your beautiful poetry.
Best wishes,
Cindy

Beautiful sentiments and imagery, June.
Autumn surely is approaching quickly here, but we have truly embraced these last beautiful days of summer.
Just a thought:
like (hummingbirds) to nectar = would work as well...since you speak of "we" in the preceding line
Beautiful offering
Thank you for sharing!
fondly,
diane

I guess that a product of age, in the autumn of one's life of course we are looking back on the summer of our lives and beyond, they contain worthwhile memories, it's only the bad Times that need to stay there. Beautifully written, blessings Roy

This gogyohka poem, Remembering Summer, has the proper formatting and reminds the readers to make great memories when you can, to serve you when remembering them is what is left.
