I hear the anxious sound in the words and understand the narrator is questioning if anyone cares.... but the chosen illustration (empty beds) don't make a connection for me. A phone...a face.... a swirling void... Only suggestions!

This works fine, but put it on a white background, or set your original image on a transparent background to make it less distracting. It's also unclear to me the relation of the images and what you wrote, so I would either make it at least a little more obvious or go for a different pic.
