Is it humans killing humans here or is there a crazy creature about? A fun post for the contest and this one made me smile. We live in a crazy world most of the time, love Dolly x

I'm not sure, but I would consider using "has" instead of "is." You did a great job with this poem. Your syllable count was perfect. Thank you for sharing, and best wishes to you.
