Elon Musk was asked the same question and he said we would have more time to do the things we love .

But if robots like his Optimus replace manpower how will people earn a living?

Eventually the government will give us an allowance so we can buy the products made by the machines.

This allowance won't be enough to buy our dream home, or take that life long trip we wanted.

Also humans are creative and need to be busy doing some kind of work to stay mentally healthy.

Elon Musk considered his robots progress , I see it as the beginning of the end of our race.

Your writing is both thought provoking and sharp! For me this is suggestion that AI will take over. Or at least do all the thinking!
