This has a good positive message to it. So many people seem depressed and when in that frame of mine, they look only on the negative side of everything and see no reason to be happy or thankful about anything. Experssing the negativity only make it worse. I'm not sure telling them to get over and be happy makes a difference. Happiness has to start within.
