Yes, I am getting dentures soon myself. If you have problems with teeth falling out and tooth loss. Implants probably not the wisest choice. Sorry. Yes, as with a lot of things these days, the side effects which are very much gl ossed over are pretty significant. Good luck with your teeth. Karen

Oh my goodness Beth, this is a big ordeal for you and it has take its toll on your body, all for the sake of a white smile. I still have my own teeth, although they don't look as white as they did when I was young. Some people are unfortunate when it comes to teeth and indeed my Mother lost all her teeth when she was in her 30s and had dentures for the rest of her life. I hope you are now fully recovered have a wonderful new set of teeth, thank you for sharing your story with us,love Dolly x x x

Oh my goodness Beth, this is a big ordeal for you and it has take its toll on your body, all for the sake of a white smile. I still have my own teeth, although they don't look as white as they did when I was young. Some people are unfortunate when it comes to teeth and indeed my Mother lost all her teeth when she was in her 30s and had dentures for the rest of her life. Thank you Dolly. You are very fortunate to have good teeth. I just hope this turns out alright in the end. I appreciate the review. and comments. I had a friend visit the other day and when she saw my dental implants she decided she wanted them too. She is in much worse physical condition than me and I"m trying to tell her she shouldn't risk it.

I bought a product based on TV advertising, that promised to take away arthritic pain. After 6 months, I called to cancel. The expensive capsules did nothing. I was told to double the dose. After another 2 months...nothing.
Your rant proves TV advertising can be misleading. I wish you the best in the contest.

Thank you Joan, I stated the warm rinses last night. I'm not in pain but there is still swelling inside my mouth. The price for all the bottom teeth was $19,900. I think I may get close to two thousand back from my dental insurance. Thank you so much for the six stars.

Thank you Jess. I hope you don't need implants but if you do make sure you have all the facts. My mom had partials and Dad had dentures so I had bad teeth passed down to me.

Thank you Sharon. Regardless of what happens I'll likely write about it again. I hope in six month all have gong smoothly and I will be gald I did it. Onlly time will tell. I will say the staff seemed caring in spite of not telling everything. They keep calling to see how I'm doing.

Thank you Tony, I have a top denture and it works findf and looks good. I was told the bottoms wouldn't stay in place as well as the top but I'm not sure I believe that. I wish I gone that route. I was enjoying your story, but I got so far behind, and life got in the way. I'll wait for your next one.

Thank you, Pam. I had toothaches over the years as long as the nerves were alive. The rest wasn't pain so much as discomfort and irritation. The problems always started with tooth decay near the gum line. After they had root canals and were crowned the crowns would break off and the root would have to pulled out. Caffeine deteriates the area of the gum and bone and doesn't allow the implant to heal or take according to what I've read. Smoking and alcahol are forbidden too but not a problem for me.
