I have read for several years how you love the life in Korea , the people , the food , it's where you also found the love of your life.
Yet I'm not surprised you feel nostalgia for your homeland and the older you get the more you will feel that pull /call to return to your roots.
I enjoyed your colourful description of Berkeley it's obvious you cherish it.

I loved the two years I lived in Coronado but that was fifty years ago before the state went further West than Greely

thanks a lot Berkeley can be berserkly at time I loved it but have not moved back yet. In Oregon for the summer.

I only had one problem with this: You said the city was "very unique." "Unique" means "one of a kind," and something can't be varying degrees of "one of a kind." I would recommend that you take out the "very" and leave it "A unique city." That's just my opinion, though, so feel free to ignore my suggestion.
