Another great post of yours that I meant to comment on earlier, and got distracted. The presentation here is plain, but the default font (which is a little spidery and thistle-like) actually fits well with your words.
And your choice of words is evocative, warranting a rating I rarely give out on works of this length. It also literally resembles a recent acrostic I wrote on butterflies. The picture you used is pretty memorable and pairs brilliantly with your description.

This film is one of my all-time favourites. We have some beautiful old films here in my country.

You can find the film in two parts on youtube ..it's in Italian but with English captions (biggrin)

Yeah, some of my best pieces (the more complex one) get one vote in the booth. Oh well. By the caption, did you mean this? "film made in 1957 , plot below"? Yes I read all the notes, and looked up the film.

The film is a gem , but I can see from the zero votes it got in the booth that most members must be keyed into those action packed blockbusters.
To each their own. 😎
If you are interested you can find the film in two parts on youtube .. and on Netflix
Also, it has been restored.

This is fantastic. I love the second and third line. That's such a wonderful description. And the first line brings this all together as we know what the thorny thistle is. Very powerful writing!
