Oh, my goodness. Things are moving fast now. I've got a friend who proposed (half jokingly, but it was taken seriously) after only knowing the girl two days, but they are still married fifty years later, so I guess it can work. This was unexpected, though. I loved the banter between these two.

thank you for your very kind review.

Ben Persons is a man with many stories to tell, and like Beth, I think I'd like to hear them all. But for her, it might not be an easy life living with a traveling man. Thanks for sharing.

Good work. I have collected a few Christian Publishers for you who have good ratings. Most are branches of larger publishing houses. Zondervan(Harper Collins),
Bethany, Faithwords, Tyndale, Kregel Publishing, Crosslink Publishing,Eerdmans Publishing, & Lighthouse Publishing. There are many more, but these are the highest rated. Go to their sites and find out their submission requirements. Make sure all your Chapters are copyrighted first. When you get published I want signed copies! There is a real need for clean fiction. And good values are desperately needed . Think on it. Karen

I will!
I have queried some of those already. As I recall, some of the others do not accept unsolicited manuscripts.
Thank you for the review, and for the publishing tips, and especially for the six stars!

I got these from an updated list. I cut out the ones that don't except manuscripts or require an agent. Remember me when you become famous.

That didn't take long at all. It's good that Ben found the right woman who would accept that the "calling" would take precedence over her. Every man with a mission needs that kind of support.
I liked Luther's secret to plant care! And plants talk back we just can't hear them.

Thank you for your very nice review.

This is such a well written chapter. I love the mixture of theology, science, second chances and love. I'm not familiar enough with the Luther Burbank life story (beyond his life's work) so I'm not sure what is true and what is fictionalized truth. Regardless, it makes interesting and engrossing reading. Good job of doing something that is very hard to do.

Thank you for your terrific review. I only added dialogue to Burbank's story (and Ben, of course). I also kept Burbank's words as true as I could to his recorded character traits.
Thank you immensely for the six stars!

Ben certainly has a lot to tell her about his life and death and resurrection. Beth sounds as if she has some life story to tell also, but she is amazingly willing to follow Ben wherever God leads. One error: . . . as he help(ed) in the greenhouse, . . .

I love the line, "Beth's spirit simply reached out and hugged his." That's the way it should be.
Sounds like your political views are like mine. Teaching truth is the most important thing we can do.
Well, all of a sudden this is both romantic and steamy. Whew!
I like this segway into a fuller life for Ben.

This is another excellent chapter. The Beth/Ben romance is blooming. I do not see any room for improvement. I look forward to the next chapter. Have a blessed day.

Aww. Romance! That's new. How wonderful that Ben is rewarded in so many ways by his faith and by God. You have written this to convey such joy and solace. Well done!

well, Ben is certainly filling his life up with commitments. I hope he will be able to manage to find time to commit to Beth as well as to God. I think it should work out well. kay
