You have a bit of a meter issue with the last stanza (it seems to me), but not being a poet, what do I know?
With dreams like these (instead of the nightmarish kind I have), sleep must be quite restful.

A very nice poem, beautiful and serene. I just felt the second last line needed to be longer to maintain the smooth flow, but otherwise I enjoyed it a lot.

When I was twelve years old, I had a dream that lasted me 13 years. Today, I have never had any other dream that had such an impact on my life and especially for it to come true later on. It was what drove so many of my decisions. I would describe it now seeing it come true as nothing short of prophetic because of when and how it occurred, the overwhelming impact it had and the way that despite all of my mishaps... it still happened in a way I would not have ever expected.
But anyway, I love the way you describe your dream and it flows very well, just like a river in fact, the words cascade over top each other quite well. Thank you for sharing.
