This piece really should be doing a lot better in this contest, Carol. I loved the twist at the end, it not being the 'right' murderer. Lol. As far as spelling and grammar, I can't find any issues. I know we're suppose mention anything we could add but this great just the way it is. Excellent piece, Carol. I meant to give you sixer ever since you first posted it but I've been rather lacking in my reviewing lately. Lol. Best of luck, C.

It seems this was a dangerous night game, for sure!
Tara was mistaken but seemingly took another prowler rapist off the streets.
Unfortunately, now she has a thirst for killing with revenge for her sister instilled deep in her mind. Eerily dark! I loved it! Best, JohnC

This a great story in just 200 words, no words wasted. I loved the surprise ending and her nonchalant thoughts at the end.
I wish you lots of luck in the competition. Jen.

Whoops! Great end and a really tight piece of writing; most enjoyable. Your characters are instantly recognisable and the description you imply is graphic and stark. Well done!

Hello darlin'.... I've traveled some dark roads and still might take a wrong turn or two, but I am beyond happy to be back and attempting to write again. Baby steps in the right direction, for sure. Not much meat in a flash but they do have their challenges. Glad you enjoyed.
Smiles and hugs, Carol

She's Back! I hope. This was definitely suspenseful. The man envisioned Tara struggling in terror. He squeezed her throat. Surprise! He was not the man who killed her sister, but he was the man who tried to kill her. Great story. Best wishes in the contest.

Hello, my lovely Lorraine. Like Hansel and Gretal, I find myself leaving little crumbs with these short flash fictions, hoping I can build myself back up into writing again. Thank you for all your kindness and comments. Sending my love and appreciation your way... Smiles and hugs, Carol

Oh how I feel blessed! Your words touch me and especially "sitting on the edge of your seat." Only weeks ago, I thought I would never find my way back to writing again, but God led me to where I needed to be. It's a been a bumpy road but I am hopefully for a brighter horizon. Smiles and hugs, Carol

I love the twist at the end, but even though it was the wrong man, this one deserved to be killed, anyway!! At least there is one murderer off the streets now. But, she still has to find the killer of her sister. Excellent, my friend, it's so good to have you back. Love and hugs. Sandra xx

This is a great flash. No doubt, even though she killed the wrong men, this one deserved to die too. Where have you been? I think of you often and I pray the drama in your life isn't so bad you can't cope. Are you ready to begin again?

I am ready to Begin Again, Beth. It's been a rough road and only weeks ago I thought I'd never write again, but God had different plans. Visited my granddaughter in NC and ended up in the hospital. The staff were beyond awesome and discovered things my drs at home never even considered. But I am here now and hoping I get into the swing of thing as we go. Thanks for your kindness.
Hugs, Carol
