Indeed, they are like siblings. But I love the humorous tone that Sadie uses and I hear a hint of affection there as well. And it's clear that this fur family belongs together. Nicely written.

Thanks! They do truly love one another. Toodles is about 5 years older than Sadie, so she doesn't want to play, which poor Sadie doesn't understand.
