I think the cross could well be in the possession of someone who admires it's beauty for its own sake, that can be possible, or it was dissembled and sold for the for much lesser value of the emeralds and.gold, but it would've turned up otherwise I think, beautifully written poetic story, well done, blessings Roy.

How very sad that someone stole this museum piece of jewellery and it has never been found since. It is of no value to anyone else as it cannot be sold without notifying people of its existence. A fine poem telling the tale here and I enjoyed the rhymes and flow, a talented write, love Dolly x

This heist of a famous cross makes an interesting narrative. One wonders how the thief stole it and where he took it. Also, who made the replica he replaced it with? Hopefully, Bermuda will get back this treasure someday. Rod
