Sounds like Niss Hooky has herself in Quite A fix!sge must be off her neds and needs to be calmed down by calling in the help squad to take her away is she can once again get her head on straight.

I didn't really get this poem as it seemed to jump around quite a lot I also did not get the imagery - sorry. As a comment on mental issues, I think it works but the ideas are quite hard to follow.
