Proper training and conditioning can work miracles in many areas. Plus, I've found that one of it's best benefits is keeping an overactive mind busy, keep it from thinking about the things better off forgotten. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

I am glad you agree. The next topic for a book is how to forget; oh wait, that is much easier done than said with an active mind, anything is possible.

Fascinating! I personally enjoy learning about the classics, and I can tell by your exquisite detail in this chapter that you must be very well versed as well. While it is true that most cannot aspire to Ciceronian standards of oratory, one must be comfortable and confident in their own skin. This typically develops over time as in Demosthenes' case. And just like bodywork on a classic car, 98% of an excellent paint job is all in the preparation; prepping for your speech is a must in order to build confidence. Rambling aside, I think what you're doing here is awesome and you are clearly very knowledgeable in this arena...sorry for the pun...and I truly enjoyed reading and learning more about this subject. Your writing flows great and makes for a breeze of a read. Thanks for posting this important work!

I'm very glad to hear that! I know the exact feeling...I didn't have enough self-esteem and was nervous waiting for the first reviews to come in on my first works that I posted.
This community is great and has built my confidence ten-fold. I'll catch up on your earlier chapters and keep up as you post new ones...looking forward to it!!
By the way, I would have rated it 6 stars but, unfortunately, I didn't have any left for this month.

Thank you Brandon. Yes, I will do the same.

It appears that you did a lot of research for this writing. I have read several different teachings and most of them have the same fundamental theories you write about here. This is skillfully written and I enjoyed reading it.
