There are no comparison. It is a crying shame. Drug dealers are all around. Prostitutes are in plain view. Rapist and ex-cons are running loose. It is not safe for adults. You have to stay on guard wherever you go. Some people will kill you for a dollar. Or kill you if you are broke. Thank you for sharing. This is reality.
