A Continuation of Our Adventures

Hello, Aryr,
I enjoyed reading about Jim's trip to Catalina. I think it would be fun to travel for work. Of course it's not as much fun as a vacation, but a nice change. I feel bad for the bison.
Blessed be. Hugs :)

Alie, you've given us a good idea of what life is like on Catalina Island. Did you get to see it another time? It sounds interesting. I know I'm late getting to this so maybe you've already been told there are a couple of incomplete sentences:
"He and two others, Terry (a female) and her husband Mike, who were to arrive (on) Friday am." - I think you need to leave out the "who", if you meant all three of them were to arrive on Friday.
"The restaurants were different as were the shops, they (which instead of they will make it a complete sentence) were only open when..."
Hope you find this helpful.

I'm so glad you were able to write some more, about where Jim had been, I've heard of Catalina island even from where I live here. Tragic about the Bison, we've got Bison here in Australia, mind you, it's only 500, with some in the zoos, beautifully written Alie, blessings Roy

Thank you so much, Roy for reviewing and your great comments. I did not know about the Bison. This was a replacement to the one I wrote about Jim's adventures and if I had of thought before I would have added it as a continuation of our adventures. Dumb me. Blessings.

I still enjoyed it Alie

Amen to that, Roy, blessings.

I remember reading about Jim's trip to Catalina. Did you post this one before? I was sad to hear about moving those poor bison to North Dakota. What were they thinking? They got used to Californian temperatures! Thanks for sharing!

Yes, Helene, I did post it before, then thought I should have included it in the book, darn I should have thought of it before.

Sounds like a lovely place to be, but has a lot of limitations, such as restaurants only open for cruises. I'd love having the deer come around. I know you were glad to have him home!

Thank you so much Yvonne, I had already written about Jim and Catalina then I thought I should take it out of a stand alone and put it in the book. Darn I should have thought of that first.

You thought of it now, and that's good. 8-)

LOL, better late than never.
