New Zealand has no snakes of any kind - thank goodness! However, I did come across a cobra once when living in Singapore. I kept my distance!
I enjoyed your short acrostic poem and I note the skill to get rhyme in there as well.
Good luck in the contest and welcome to FanStory. I hope you like it here.

Help my friend,
I have been closer where you live (east coast of Australia) I always wished I had taken some extra time to visit N.Z.
Stay save.

Hi. I lived in Australia for a while too - near the canefields in far north Queensland where snakes are rife, Thankfully we saw very few around our property.
I can promote NZ as a wonderful place to visit - mountains, lakes, beaches, friendly people. sadly we are closed at the moment. Hopefully that will be fixed soon.

This is a great Acrostic! I'm not a huge fan of snakes, and the words you so wonderfully put together didn't help. You are a talent for sure! Wonderful piece. It certainly gave me a Quiver, lol.
