Dear Mystery Writer,
I'm so sorry - but I didn't get this.
I understood that these guys all took the vaccines and boosters for COVID, but got sick anyway. (Check!)
I understood that they all died, went to the morgue, and then got up and left that place --> evidently because God released them to leave.
The part about God being Dr. Dawn AND the part about God disappearing I did not understand. I strongly recommend editing for clarity. Thanks and good luck!

This is a very strange story. God would never disappear as He is in control over the universe. You did tell a story in these thirty-three words but I'm not sure what the intent is other than to show utter hopelessness.

Well,I guess this fulfills the word count requirement and God was mentioned, so I suppose it fills the spiritual requirement as well. Other than that, I see this as a walking dead story with six folks who were definitely marked for death.

This seems to talk of a miracle of resurrection from the dead performed by God in the guise of Dr Dawn so that even though the six subjects died, they were able to return home to their loved ones.
