Obviously your preference is for short poems. Keep in mind, if you see a full length play it could be as long as two hours. Thanks for stopping by. judi

Your summary, description of scenes, and cast participants list are very good, making it easy to look back for reference purposes. The idea of a play within a play is very well done. This is a very publishable script. Good luck with it.

Thanks for your review and comments, Carol. In one scene, I had the actors rehearsing a scene from the melodrama they will (hopefully) be performing if the cast members aren't killed off first. judi

Thanks for your review and comments. A few more scenes to go before we learn everyone's secrets. I appreciate you for handing in with the script. judi
Comment from Judy Lawless
Another interesting scene, judi. It seems there are no real answers, only speculations so far.
A couple of things you might want to look at:
"(ARLO is playing the piano and {LISA is passing sandwiches.} MADGE is still seated on the sofa, with CORINNE beside her. {LISA is passing the tray with sandwiches around."} - you've mentioned that Lisa is passing out sandwiches" twice in here.
"someone who just blend(s) in right here in Bellfield."

Hi, Judy, and thanks much for your review and comments. I'm so glad you're following the script. There will be more scenes before we discover who the actual murderer is. judi
Comment from Robert Zimmerman
Judi.
What we learn from this is if you plan to put a confession in your pocket on a piece of paper, don't put it in the same pocket with a handkerchief, in case you sneeze. Everybody has become a detective so I'm sure that before it is over, everyone will be a suspect.

This is an excellent script. It seems at some point almost everyone is coming under suspiction. I'm wondering what happened to the third son who hid when his Mother and brothers were murdered. If the murder was only ten years ago, almost everyone int this group would be too old to be that person.

This is most intriguing! I am a little suspicious of Gale as she has motive and she's so quick to change the subject back to rehearsal when there has been a breakthrough in solving one of the cases - either the past one or the current one.
I like how you keep Arlo as the "class clown." Maybe he's the killer?
Question. Wasn't sure who this referred to:
other man was wearing when he was shot. (who was shot?)

Thanks so much for your review and comments. You're getting mighty suspicious. Still a few more scenes to go. Sorry you weren't clear about that Wes Danton was the man who was shot and killed in a shoot out with the police. I should have mentioned his name, and I'll go back and do that. judi

Wow, the suspense keeps growing, judiverse. It was a great continuation script. You presented the possibilities and the officers took the reins. Very well done and greatly enjoyed.

What a complex and interesting plot, we seem to have narrowed it down a little, the mysterious third member of the family, like in some of those English murder/mysteries could well be disguised among them. Beautifully written dear Judy, blessings Roy
Typo : someone who just blend((ed) in...
