I had no idea this poem was about continuing the dance with organ donation until the author's notes. That really makes the poem so much deeper. I wish there were more allusions to it within the poem itself though, so that one doesn't need the Author's Notes to tell there's another meaning. Otherwise..... to be honest, I thought it was about serial killer meeting his victims at a dance...... LOL! Otherwise, what a joyous poem!

Serial killers meeting organ tissue donor victims?
Makes for a little bit of a twist doesn't it death gets life and life loses and death wins?
But anyway thanks for reading and that's why I usually put extensive editors notes because my writing is so deep.
I'll check into this maybe I'll allow a couple more little hints about the actual reason for the writing!

When I get into this dark and deep mode.
And, it's normally when I'm going through the loss of my son Jason.
I will immediately turn it around utilizing the thought of the Gift of Life donations.

To loose a child is the utmost torture any parent could endure .To give his organs to give life to those suffering from the same fate is a miracle and blessing your most incredible gift to give life to those who would die is such an admiral thing ! God Bless you and your loved ones who gave so much in such a sad time ! Your sin will be sitting by God and waiting in your arrival to hug you and love you the way a child loves his parents .Thank you for sharing

I thank you again Carmen for coming on to my profile site reading my word.
Well, I don't really get a lot of attention cuz I don't promote my work with a credit card. And, I don't have time for a lot of reviewing.
