Hello victor
Loved this poignant and well paced poem.
....an admirable example of the carrot and the stick.
I like the way this stanza plays out.
You have done such a great job with this subject. I enjoyed your painting as well!
Keep up the fantastic
work!

Such a beautiful review,
and at the last minute
as well.
I thank you most sincerely,

Great painting! (Did not want to forget acknowledging this)
Your poem...a stark free verse of unsettling truth. Whatever the labels, the behavior, the "care plan"--in the end, we are left with ourselves, our choices, our final breath and (depending on our faith)--perhaps release beyond these earthly binds that tie!

I am drawn to the lower right corner of the painting - the red orb in the darkness. The poem itself was really good, I enjoyed the free flowing nature of it. Great work on the painting and the poem. Thanks for sharing. Later daze.

And the poet is also a painter! Who knew? How have I not known this all the years I have known you? When all is said and done, my friend, we are all broken in one way or another! Thank goodness for a loving Father who gave His Son to pay the price for our healing.

I have not admitted to painting until
recently. I have only painted for about
four years. I started to paint, to expand the
possibilities of my mind's right side. Why?
it is the artistic side, and I thought any stirring
of my right hemi-sphere may help my poetry.
Some part of man should remain naive, in my opinion.
I thank you most sincerely for your review.
You have always been real with me.

Yes, I see where you went with this one Victor, though I had to really work as to its reference. Yet, as usual, your writing set, and that poetic bravado, makes good the reading.
I wondered of your ghosts, and are there any that haunts the writer?
Bravo.
Have a god day Victor.
My best wishes.

Yes, probably all of them, my friend.
I do appreciate that you follow me, and take the time to
enter into my psyche, as best one can.

No indeed, My friend, don't cry for me Argentina. I've never seen that written in German before, but there you go. There's a first for everything. I really liked your poem and the ending was a true surprise. Ulla:)))

In my opinion, we are all unimportant, but it's up to us to treat people with kindness and respect... even ourselves.
I think you did a good job expressing yourself clearly. Your poem flows well with concrete imagery. Your topic is thought provoking.
It's important to live in the moment to have peace of mind and self knowledge.
Well done!

Your poem is very expressive, moving, and thought-provoking--conveying a powerful message about how one may be confused about life, uncertain if praise or forgiveness is in order, wishing for some "epxert" to say QUICKLY exactly what, if anything, is wrong.

What a huge amount of realities and truths, all packed in a handful of lines! Really surprising and wise. All recognitions express that all readers felt similarly while reading your words. Colorful artwork! Best Wishes from the Country you named... Don't cry for me Argentina...

This is a very well penned poem. Your opening line draws the reader in and they wonder about the ghosts... Yes, our past is always filled with spirits of good and bad choices... Our past reminds us of where we were, but does it determine where we will go? Once labeled is that our final calling until we reach the grave? Leaves the reader to ponder. I have enjoyed reading your piece of poetry. Thank you for sharing!
