Good luck with the contest Jose. I loved the picture choice, it was great. Your words are absolutely correct and so very truthful. Poets who write from the heart and indeed wise people. Nothing captures the love of God faster than the love of mankind. Very well done.

Thank you, Alie. :) I'm glad you liked it. Yet, I've been thinking about aliens?

You are so welcome Jose. Now when you mention aliens do you mean a) the spacey kind or b) from other countries-both illegal or legal.

A well written and enjoyable poem. I especially liked the final line of the poem. Very powerful and a strong message. But the entire poem was enjoyable and I like how you share this from the viewpoint of a poet. Great job.

A poet often sees beyond the scenes in front of us and helps describe those scenes with metaphors to conjure up and image or touch a heart and bring a tear, your perfectly formed nonet said all this much more eloquently, much enjoyed, love Dolly x

Your nonet is beautifully shaped! And I like the message about what poetry is and does. Poems can touch the soul and move our souls to reflect on God's truth. Best wishes in the contest!

I love this photo and the images it presents. The colors are stunning. This poem is so perfectly fits the format, and I appreciate the detail to the shape. Lovely work.

You have combined the poet's heart and the poet's art so very well in these lines. Truth and faith are very interwoven, believing in each other. Your poem has tenderness and passion of emotion. It's a nice write, Jose.

I guess we can't say God invents truth He is truth, it's funny how truth is a person, in that assurance I attach myself to that belief and end. This is wonderfully scribed, and the shape is perfect, perfect narrative and perfect shape. Well done, good luck, blessings Roy

Thank you, Roy. :) Yes, God is truth, but is man true to God? I'm glad you liked it.

No He's not, but we try, just as well He keeps promises.
