Add a photo

I would like to add a photo in the body of my story. I have seen other people do it. When I click on the photo icon in the advanced editor it wants a Web address. But the photo is in my Photos on my computer, no web address.
Any suggestions?
Edit: I don't mean the first photo that everybody has. I mean a photo further down in the story.
