A warm smile behind a cold mask
Is still a smile, but left unseen.
Yet, it is better than a frown.

Smile people, for heaven awaits
Those that have love in their hearts.
All this calamity proves that history
Is in reset.

As the world tilts on its axis,
A new age will arrive for the worthy.
Those that make angels smile
Will walk in paradise.

Faith is the answer
Because without something to believe in
Where will we be?

Grabbing a gun to get
Someone to smile?
But... a better and bigger smile is free.

I know it's hard to smile in this time of hardships
When we see people cry and die.
There's nothing we can do,
But we can try to make the living smile.

We can quote poets of the past,
Shakespeare, Emily, Gandhi,
Anyone that can give someone a smile.

We can give Hope with a smile,
Quote passages from the Bible,
Our Lord Jesus is a great Teacher.

Our God, Jehovah, has not abandoned us.
We have forgotten the spirit within our souls.
As we walk in fear and distrust,
We leave ourselves open for the deceiver.

So smile people, bring Faith, and Hope
Into your hearts. Love one another by
Making someone smile.
Give thanks for every breath you take,
And Smile.
What do you have to lose?

Author Notes
We are poets and writers. In this, trying war of death with every breath we take, if we do not try to make someone smile, no matter the circumstances, we are not what we should be. We can scare them or bring a tear, but a smile is so dear. I know, most time I don't have a smile. :) I just wrote this. I hope you smiled.
