Harley starts to fight the darkness in her home. She wants to get to her bedroom to sleep. She is far away from it. It is all black as night. Suddenly, she is into the living room. Bumps into things. She screams from the pain. She walks to somewhere else and feels the steps with her hands. Harley gets the idea to try to go upstairs. She grabs the handrails and walks up to the hallway. Harley takes a few steps to the right. It is like only being up in space. Harley gives up and falls into a darkened room. She ends up in warm clouds. She feels the bedspreads and digs inside of it. She sleeps tonight, thinking she's on a fluffy cloud. It is her master bedroom. Writing Prompt Write a story where your character is stuck in complete darkness. Fiction only.
