Lord, I want to follow in your paths
Take me and recreate me
With a heart of Love.
I want to see Lord, let me see
Your Holy Spirit changing me
I want to be, Lord let me be like you.
Oh, change me, Lord
And fill me with your tenderness.
As I delight myself in you
Fill me with your mercy and your grace!
I follow in your paths oh, Lord
I find comfort in your ways
Please, give me a heart of love
My Lord, I pray.
However, not my will
But your will be done oh, Lord
Take from me this heart of stone
And give me a heart of love my Lord, I pray.
Lord, all that I am I give to you
Take me, and make me someone
Who is just like you.
Although my days on earth are few
Let everything I say and do
Bring glory to you Lord
I pray.

2 Corinthians 3:18 says, "But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord." I believe one of the first steps on the path towards this transformation is to ask for and receive a heart of love.
