A poem containing five book titles
In the Beginning by Mary Furlong
1 Poem, 5 book titles writing prompt entry

We had such fun with Dick and Jane
when we were very young
in days of sun and nights of rain
and stars. We were among
the grown-up giants, proudly chanting,
"Run, Spot, run."
(a song flung up to Heaven
to be heard by everyone)
"Now, we are six or seven,
and the world has just begun."

Writing Prompt
Write a poem using at least five book titles. Any style of poetry. Any length. Please list the titles and authors of the books in Author Notes.

Author Notes
The titles included are Fun with Dick and Jane, by William S. Gray; When We Were Very Young, by A.A. Milne; Nights of Rain and Stars, by Maeve Binchy; A Song Flung up to Heaven, by Maya Angelou; and Now, We Are Six, by A. A. Milne. The titles should be italicized, but I don't know how to do it. Advanced editor doesnâ??t work for authorâ??s notes.
