I see Heaven as Holy - place of peace
God's Glory shining and will never cease
He is sitting on His throne lined with gold
Jesus on God's right side for all to behold
I see mansions and streets paved with fine gold
There are saints dressed in white robes, as foretold
I see my new body, pure... undefiled
As I see God's face with a loving smile
Heaven is flawless - a beautiful place
I see the pure in heart who sought God's grace
All are on one accord, no more conflicts...
free from preconceptions and politics
I see saints from all tongues, nations, and tribes
A wondrous sight, I will try to describe...
With palm branches in their hands...being waved
the Saints are crying out giving God praise -
I see twelve gates - each made of a single pearl
There are countless children, fine boys and girls...
Singing and dancing as they reverence God
with gentle animals they playfully trod -
God's Saints will no longer hunger nor thirst
In God's sight, the last has now become first
God's Glory is shining throughout the day
Angels surround the throne, and there they stay
I see the Lamb of God, smiling with glee...
as I worship - praise Him on bended knee
God washes away all tears from my eyes -
there'll be no forbearance for telling lies
The books are opened by The Prince of Peace
by the blood of the Lamb, my sins released-
The hearts of men are now wise and pure...
no more sickness will God's saints endure
I see the Holy City as foreseen -
God's children planting flowers in between
All will worship in New Jerusalem
As saints glorify God in unison
The moon and sun will no longer be...
God's Glory is shining for all to see
The tree of life still stands in paradise
Saints... now living an everlasting life
New Jerusalem- given a new birth...
Descends from Heaven - now, here, on Earth
I will finally see God face to face
This glimpse of Heaven a joy to embrace -
