Mind In Bad shape Dread of day Mental disorder Therapy has been mandated What shall I discuss? Problems or positive feelings? I do not know where I should turn Medication helps Therapist? Not sure Will Try Try To think I'm taking A whole new journey Develop trust and conquer fear Advocate for myself and look forward, seldom back I really don't want to be forced Or subject myself To judgment Assess My Life Author Notes I got up at 3:00 a.m. this morning thinking about how I am going to be forced into therapy, I was looking at the poems to review and came across "3:00 a.m." by JM4805. His poem really helped me! He is a behavioral health specialist, and I could relate to what he wrote in his poem. Thanks also to Dovey for giving me this Fibonacci Spiral format.
