Flickering flames danced as the crackling logs crumbled into red hot coals on the hearth. This warm, inviting spot was their favorite space to curl together, talking about current events or simply soaking in the love they shared.   Memories of their laughter filled her mind. Briefly, a smile fluttered across her lips as she imagined him holding her, whispering how lucky he felt to share his life with her.
