To have to walk on eggshells sometimes can be very hard, and make people withdraw. Never knowing for sure when they will find they are yelled at for the least thing which they do. While soft words turns away anger, but when we speak words that are harsh they can hurt the hearers by things spoken to them; can make a person feel as though they should withdraw.
