Large, dark, gleaming almond shaped eyes watch the monitor, their spaceship hidden in plain sight.
An elongated finger punches in their report.

It seems some reviewers have misinterpreted the meaning I had in mind when I wrote:
Experiment 31 - failed - auto-destruction: imminent.
I meant that sooner rather than later WE will destroy our planet by ourselves ..
The aliens just took note that we were a failed experiment and moved on leaving us to our own hand made doom.
Alien spaceships are likely to stay hidden in plain sight using a cloaking device.
