During my journey
I faced danger behind every rock and tree
Discovery in recovery
Loss of time
Mountains so hard to climb
Deserts and seas to cross
Time of loss
Rejections and dejections
Forced injections
So hard to win people's affections
Dejections and rejections
Over and under
So many things about which to wonder
Dealing with people addicted and trying to remain sober
Under and over
Discovery in recovery
Negative thoughts to bury
Ceasing to worry
Recovery in discovery
