Some of us are not treated like an adult
To us, this is an insult
But when do people come of age?
At sixteen, when we can drive, but not drink?
And cause road rage, when we drive and drink
Yet do not think?
At seventeen, when on the streets we try to survive, but instead sink?
At eighteen, when we can drive but not drink, yet still vote?
Into law, at 18, they wrote
But what can we do?
When young people can't figure out what to do?
I think legal age should be thirty-two!
