I live for coffee and making amends
I live for fulfilling those routine days
I live for my spontaneous weekends
I live because life put me in this phase
I live for freedom from personal hells
I live for love and happiness with bells
I live to stay clear of the hot messes
I live for my personal successes
I live because life put me in this phase,
But many tell me I live in a daze.

National Poetry Writing Month, April 2019 - The writing prompt is to write a poem that emphasizes "if". I don't need to live for any hypothetical situations. So I wrote another introspective poem. It makes me feel comfortable with myself to be who I am at the moment... lounging on my sofa, writing the blues, wearing my pajamas and eating some Oreos. Lolz.
