The rich man lies in his gold gilded bed,
analysing, revising the life he has led.
Mansions in Mexico, Cote d'Ivoire,
Spain, New York, and Zanzibar.
Now the sun sets on his weary face
shadowing lines that this life has traced.
Alone with no family, he sadly sighs,
his envied life was nothing but lies.
Elusive time, cannot be bought,
Love and compassion cannot be taught.
A maverick genius, brimming with wealth,
who could buy anything, except his good health.
