A necessary part of any enormous undertaking such as this has been, needs recognition of all who have assisted in its production.

I want to thank, in particular, Professor John Carter and my brother Joe for their encouragement to get this book finished.
Professor Carter had been my Endocrinology Specialist for 30 years. I once said to him:
"This book will probably not get published until after I am gone."
He replied:
"Well... get it finished and you will live longer!"
Now, acknowledgement of some good friends on the writing site I used mostly for this production. I have taken a lot of time to pick up most, if not all the instances of help with reviews of these current or former members listed below. Some of these have come and gone and even returned.
Quite a few of these have been an extra encouragement with good detailed reviews and helps.
