The love you felt for me is gone and time has come for me to move on. Though my mind knows it to be true; that there's now a separate me and you, there's a piece of me that just can't bear the loss of what we once did share. So, if we must our ways part you're going to have to tell it to my heart. Author Notes A rhyming poem about knowing mentally that a relationship is over but not ready to let it go feeling wise.
