As we sail the ocean blue, each day I pray for clear skies and sun. Sometimes the sea has us on the run, it matters not as long as I'm with you. The air is fresh and we are the crew, together we make our own fun. As we sail the ocean blue, each day I pray for clear skies and sun. Sometimes I get angry at what you do. I'm ready to roll the sail, thinking we're done. You wrap me in your arms, and I see the sun. I realize I want nobody but you, as we sail the ocean blue. Writing Prompt This poem is the similar to the rondeau poem. The first and second lines repeat in the middle of the poem and at the end. Although only the first line repeats at the end.
