Pureed green peas,
orange colored squash smashed,
beige meat pureed fine,
all together makes one aghast.
This is the meal one must dine.
If your age is under one
Or even over ninety-two,
Pureed food becomes the trend,
That is presented to you.
It is good for you to the end.
To make your point,
Listen closely and very well.
Food paint with delight and glee,
Spread it places you cannot tell,
Make your messes artfully.

I have learned that babies and young children can be rather messy when eating; but then so can some our afflicted elderly. Who is to say they can't enjoy their meal however they wish?
