Roaming through four cardinal points
Roving through closely spaced joints
My enormous strength is crushingly profound
As elephants levitate two inches off the ground
I have the strength to move cloud and sea
Yet not able to help what I see
Overland; I have repeatedly seen
Inclinations of man leave a bloody scene
Over and over; I see the same old patches
As I see victims blown up to ashes
Overland; where equity and justice reign
Also, where terror and chaos falls like rain
Overland; where we are free to have it all
Also, where it's in ourselves to rise or fall
Overland; where cats and dogs forgive each other
Also, where a man claims to love God and hates his brother.
Overland; where hard times are by forces of nature
Also, where man cause problems that point to a bleak future
Overland; where the fragrance of flowers mixes with homemade cooking
Also, where the stench of decayed corpses will leave you puking
Overland; where children laugh echoes as they chase after butterflies
Also, where cries of orphans chill the day as they crave lullabies
And man, even and constantly aware of the tales
Seem happy enough to learn that love never fails
And my tales are for all
Yes, for the great and small.
