Where do fruits come from? by Parissa |
Fruits come from flowers which for melons come from female flowers. The male flowers go out on a date with the female flowers, have a few drinks at night and if they aren't careful the female flowers get pregnant. Now here comes the interesting part, if the female is of the honeydew ethnicity and the male is a cantaloupe, you get a honeyloupe, but if it's the other way around u get a cantadew.
A honeyloupe looks like a honeydew on the outside but inside is orange and the cantadew has the wrinkles on outside and inside is green. Generally, this happens naturally when you grow honeydews and cantaloupes next to each other, because they tend to party together, creating fruit babies.
