I was behind that door,
that was shut up tight.
Though he stood there
Knocking day and night.
Knocking and knocking
until I finally gave in.
Then he cleansed my soul
of all of my sin.
Now my door is open
both day and night.
Through God's love,
I found the light
My life is not dark
like it was before.
Thank you Jesus for
Knocking on my heart's
door.
