Are you happy? then I will allow myself to be happy too, for I’m a chameleon   are you sad?  worried? me too, me too!   why? I don’t know - I never think or feel for myself, I just absorb your colors because ... I’m afraid not to … I’m a chameleon living within the cellophane boundaries of your dark and light   no colors of my own until I die …   or you do   but then what?   fear bright blood-red and ragged but at least it's a color that will truly belong   only to me Writing Prompt Sadness has overcome us all at one time or another.
