There's a place I know, where aqua flows On pink sands of a distant shore Wavelets always stroke the beach The sea there never roars Serenity's calm Wafts through the air Caressing The soul's Ears Recognized Author Notes Hi, I haven't been here for a while to write so I thought I'd better do something about that. There is nothing I like more than being by the sea! If there are aqua waters there I like it even more. There is no place that is as calming or peaceful on a beautiful day. I hope you like my thoughts on the wonderful calm you can find there. I was hoping to find a seascape with a little more aqua in the water, but MoonWillow's lovely painting really depicts the serenity I was looking for. This is a Nonet poem...the first line has 9 syllables...each corresponding line drops a syllable till the last line which only has one syllable. I hope you enjoy it!
