Upon a most enchanting night
My heart took off in flight
Into a world of silver beams
And colored streams of light
As undulating ribbons flowed
Across a moonlit sky
I found that I was not alone
As Angels flew on by
In spellbound awe I couldn't help,
But watch in pure delight
As I was in the center of
A most auspicious site
Within their hands the Angels held
A feather of pure white
A paintbrush of prismatic hues
Just for velour's of night
I felt as if all Heaven's breath
Had lifted me aloft
Into a unique rarity
Far from the normal oft
Handmaidens of Aurora's smile
Were painting silky strands
The blush upon the ribbons
Aurora so demands

Author Notes
After being down-trodden by my computer,I am back online with my first poem in over a month or more. This poem was based on a request from "Visionary Poet." She wanted me to write a poem about "When Angels Paint". I think this is going to lead to a series of poems because there are so many beautiful scenarios regarding this subject.
Jewell, I'm so sorry you had to wait this long for your poem, but I hope you enjoy this. I hope this has the Magic you wanted.
Happy Mother's Day to all you mom's
I hope everyone enjoys.
Love you all,
Helvi
