he is not out of touch with the American people, but an advocate of these dreams.
Time after time it has been the reflex of government to jump at the easy way out.
I say, say, say it is time to beat it and truly seek reform.
Though I've got the look of a hockey mom, America, have no doubt,
lipstick and pitbull comments aside, every rose has its thorn!
Straight up, I'll be there for you,
a sledgehammer, ready to fight the fight!
Tell Obama, I can't go for that, no can do,
I'm hangin' tough, take on me just one more night!
America, I'm asking you to listen to your heart,
look away and don't be dazzled by the man in the mirror anymore.
Ebony and ivory made beautiful music from the start,
but a piano keyboard is a foolish beat and cannot win this war.
Let's hear it for the boys and girls that fight for a free nation!
Though we live separate lives, we sing the same songs anyway,
say you, say me, we are all due for a change and celebration.
